Mexican Chocolate Cake

Mexican Chocolate Cake
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
6 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper(mix ingredients together)
Add:
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp Mexican vanilla
2 tsp vinegar
2 cups cold water
Mix well.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes makes two basic circular cakes.
Layer adding chocolate sauce
(as follows)
1 cup semi sweet chocolates
1/4 canola oilor
1/4 heavy whipping cream
add strawberries and cream!
