Hi friends--Welcome back!
Here's a recipe that my Mom makes--it's very yummy if you like feta!
3 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
2 medium cucumbers, seeded, peeled and chopped
10 oz. crumbled feta cheese
2/3 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup snipped parsley (1 Tbsp. dried?)
1/2 cup mayo
1 clove crushed garlic
1 cup greek yogurt
1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano
Mix ingredients together and serve over lettuce or in a pita.
