AVOCADO-FETA SALSA


2 plum tomatoes chopped
1T. fresh snipped oregano
1 avocado peeled and chopped
1T. olive oil
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1T red or white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic minced
4o. feta cheese, coarse crumble
1 T. fresh snipped parsley
Pita or Tortilla chips

In a medium bowl combine tomatoes,avocado, onion. garlic, parsley oregano, oil and vinegar. Stir gently to mix. Gently stir in feta cheese. Cover and chill for 2 hours or up to 6. Makes 12 1/4 cup servings.
Haven't tried it myself, just thought it looked good! :)
