The Perfect MOIST Chocolate Cake


2 c flour

2 c sugar

3/4 c Hershey's Cocoa

2 t baking soda

2 eggs

1 t salt

1 c buttermilk

1 c oil

1 1/2 t vanilla
Preheat oven to 300 degrees, grease two round cake pans, place all ingredients into a bowl, mix at medium speed until well blended, pour into pans, bake for 40 min or so, test with toothpick, allow to cool, frost with yummy frosting to follow.

Chocolate Frosting


2 3/4 c powdered sugar

6 T cocoa powder

6 T butter

5 T heavy cream

1 T vanilla
