Cheesy "Funeral" Potatoes

2lb bag of frozen diced hashborwns
16 oz. carton sour cream
2 small cans cream of chicken soup
1T. diced onion
2 cups cheese
MIX TOGETHER and cook on low in the crock pot for a few hours
you can bake it, probably 350 for 20 or so minutes...until hot and bubbly
I'm all about the crock pot! it's easy.

Mmmm. We had these with our Easter ham dinner and they were a big hit. Husband loved them and asked where I found this recipe. It's a keeper.
