Pina Colada

Do you guys love pina coladas? I do and I have tried all sorts of non-alcoholic drink mixes and haven't really found one that I love. Tonight folks, I think I found THE ONE! It's actually really easy and it doesn't have all the preservatives in it either. (quit laughing Rachael!) Anyway, I hope you guys try it out - it would be a great drink to serve at your next game night!!!

2 cups of pineapple juice (chilled)

8 oz Goya cream of coconut

12 scoops of vanilla ice cream (small scoops)

1 cup crushed ice

Blend all of the ingredients together and garnish with fresh pineapple - YUM!!! BON V.

becky! funny that you would post this recipe. I love pina colada's but more than that, I NEED to know where you get coconut CREAM. I can only find milk and I want the cream.
thanks for the recipe, sounds delish! :)

umm...I found it this week at Shaw's - I think you have one near you. It is in the mexican food isle - kind of a thin, taller can by Goya. It was a 15oz size that I found. The recipe was on the back of the can...
